I first met Mrs. Hogan in the summer of 2014 when I rented a house from her in Miles City, Montana for my family to reside in.
During that time Mrs. Hogan provided to be an excellent communicator while always being honest and forthcoming with information. Any topics that needed to be addressed were always done so quickly. All pertinent documentation was well written and always readily accessible for reference.
Mrs. Hogan was a step above the average landlord. What I mean by this is that she frequently asked me how everything was going, if there was anything I needed, and if there was anything she could do to make our stay better. As a tenant, this meant a lot. It showed that Mrs. Hogan cared not only about the quality and condition of the physical property, but also about the people that reside at her properties. This level of integrity is priceless and rare, and most appreciated.
I would not hesitate to enter into a business relationship with Mrs. Robin Hogan again, either as a landlord/tenant agreement or otherwise, as she is wonderful to work with.
