Long term rentals: Our rental house and apartments all have unique features in desirable locations. All of our units have newly remodeled bathrooms, updated kitchens, new flooring and new paint. We offer one, two and three bedroom apartments as unfurnished, long term rentals.
In addition, we have a modern property management system that allows our tenants to fill out applications, make rent payments, enter a maintenance request or send general communications all online in a specifically designed Resident Portal. We pride ourselves on convenience and service.
