Long Term Rentals

Our rental house and apartments all have unique features in desirable locations.  All of our units have newly remodeled bathrooms, updated kitchens, new flooring and new paint.  We offer one, two and three bedroom apartments as unfurnished, long term rentals.

In addition, we have a modern property management system that allows our tenants to fill out applications, make rent payments, enter a maintenance request or send general communications all online in a specifically designed Resident Portal. We pride ourselves on convenience and service.


Parkcrest Apartments

This eight unit complex resembles condominium living and features central air with washers and dryers on the main floor of each unit.  This building offers assigned carport parking for most units.

This complex is very well designed with private front and back entrances and features a small front yard and a common backyard.

All units have hardwood floors and the two bedroom units have a walk-in closet in the master bedroom.

The owner covers water and garbage for each unit.

Allen Apartments

The Allen apartments were built in 1948 and have many art deco features that create a very appealing living space.

These units have air conditioner window units, boiler heat source and have coin operated washers on site. Each unit also has a dedicated locked storage space in the building for all of your storage needs.

The building has a large unfenced front and back yard.   There is a secure garage on site.  Garage door openers are provided and a keypad is present for entry to the garage.
