I have been a tenant in the Allen Apartment Building for the last year and a half. The apartment building is owned and operated by Robin and Eric Hogan of Miles City, Montana.
At all times I have found Robin and Eric Hogan to be helpful, dependable, conscientious and reliable in taking good care of the building and needs of the tenants. They are very kind and courteous in terms of satisfying any concerns I may have.
The building and grounds are well cared for year round. Snow removals, lawn care and general care-taking of the building are always completed as needed.
Whenever I have any concerns they are very quick to get back to me and make sure that any necessities are addressed and taken care of as soon as possible.
